Are all your door decorations fresh?

The majority of our door wreaths are fresh. All our door decorations are made from a selection of fresh, natural materials. We will let you know if any of our decorations are artificial or 'faux'. If you are ordering a fresh Christmas Wreath we recommend that this is hung on an external door. Our fresh Christmas Wreaths are not intended for internal use.

 

What is used for the base of the door decoration?

We use an oasis ring as the base for all our door decorations. We believe this is the best way to maintain freshness and quality. During the cooler seasons the oasis will not require additional water as the moistness of the air will keep your door decoration well watered. However, during the warmer months you may prefer to gently pour a little water at the base of the oasis ring.

 

How do I hang my door decoration?

All our door decorations come with a strong ribbon to hang your decoration at your door. We do strongly urge you to check the sturdiness of whatever door hanger you use e.g. hook or nail in the door, as our door decorations can be heavy and may fall off. We would also recommend that you purchase a metal door hanger if in doubt.

 

Can I change the colour or size of my door decoration?

Of course, we are happy to discuss any individual requests.

Do you offer same day delivery?

Unfortunately no. We send all our deliveries 1st class or 24hr. 

 

How are the wreaths packaged?

Our door decorations are beautifully wrapped in tissue and cellophane and placed in a strong box to keep them perfectly safe and fresh on their journey.

 

How long will the door decorations last and how should I care for them?

Our door decorations are guaranteed to last for 5 days if the care instructions are followed. In many cases your Christmas door decoration will last for an entire season. However, where fresh flowers are used you may wish to replace them as the weeks go on.

 

Can you deliver to all UK postcodes?

We can deliver to most UK postcodes but there are exceptions in the highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact us if in any doubt.
